Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join the team at a specialized SEMH school in Croydon. This rewarding role involves working with primary-aged children, supporting their learning and personal development in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to children with SEMH needs, ensuring they feel understood and valued.
  • Assist in implementing individualized education and behaviour plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support children in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support pupil progress.

Requirements:
