Job Summary:
They are seeking experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting their students' learning and development, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEMH needs in the classroom and during activities
- Assist teachers in planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students as needed
- Collaborate with other support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs
