The company values a relaxed working environment, encourages a dress-down culture, and provides modern offices with excellent transport links.Your New Role This Commercial Finance Business Partner position is an important hire. You will:
- Work alongside senior managers to analyse business performance, produce detailed forecasts, and improve commercial decision-making and cost control.
- Use analytical tools to make commercial recommendations to management teams.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Create financial models and focus on achieving EBITDA targets.
- Drive profitability and support key decision-making.
- Utilise data analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the shared service centre.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified (or nearly qualified) with experience in analytical and business partnering roles.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting.
