The ideal candidate will be confident in matters relating to wills, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and possess a working knowledge of trusts. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated team, providing supervision and support as needed.THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have previous experience of at least 5 years’ PQE and demonstrable experience in leading or deputising for a head of department.
