This is an exiciting opportunity to join Britain’s number one retirement property specialist which as for the past 30 years have helped thousands of satisfied customers buy and sell their property. As the Assistant PX & Property Consultant, you will contribute to Retirement Homesearche’s vision of being the UK’s premier retirement estate agency:

  • Engaging with customers and potential customers to clearly explain the Retirement Homesearch estate agency & PX service, facilitating property sale and purchase solutions.
  • Supporting the Property Consultants and PX Manager in a fast paced, sales focused office, to enable meeting and exceeding of team targets.

This role offers an established training path to full Property or PX Consultant and reports to the Senior Property Consultant.

Main Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers to promote the Retirement Homesearch estate agency and PX service.
  • Learn to accurately value property and negotiate fees and sales at the highest possible figure.
  • Prepare property sales literature and ensure all information, both verbal and written, complies with current legislation.
  • Maintain all files, records and software systems at optimum efficiency to ensure full compliance with best practice and governing legislation.
  • Engage with relevant PX Providers, Solicitors, Estate Agents and associated parties on a regular basis to maximise speed and efficiency of service, from initial offer to completion.
  • Report offers both verbally and in written correspondence, ensuring this complies with prevailing legislation and best practice standards.
  • Update all relevant parties concerned with progress on accepted cases, recording information on relevant software systems, becoming familiar with conveyance process in order to progress designated caseload effectively.
  • Invoice providers and ensure fees are received.
