Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of our office.

Responsibilities for office administrator:

  • Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries. Generate sales with customers face to face (full sales training provided)
  • Scheduling: Organise meetings and appointments.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organise files, both physical and digital.
  • Financial Tasks: Processing/printing invoices and payments.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Support other departments with administrative tasks.

Required Skills for office administrator:

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and document management.
