We are proud to be working with a long-standing Newark based client who are seeking a self motivated Office Support Administrator and Receptionist to join their team.

THE ROLE

As an Office Support Administrator and Receptionist will be performing a wide range of administrative, office support activities across the business as well as covering reception, duties will include:

  • Providing general office administration including data entry, scanning, photocopying and filing
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the site
  • Taking inbound calls from customers and transferring to the relevant department
  • Provide administrative support to various departments throughout the business
  • Creating site specific risk assessment and method statements (RAMS)
  • Assisting on the admin side of safety documentation when needed
  • HR Administration and HR Inductions
  • DBS and Driving Licence checks
  • Processing financial transactions including sales / purchase invoices and assisting with credit control
  • Schedule meetings and minute taking
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Office Support Administrator and Receptionist should have experience as a receptionist or similar customer-facing role and be able to show the following attributes:

  • Be a confident, self motivated and friendly person
  • A personable and polite telephone manner
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience using Sage, Oracle, SAP would be an advantage
