Your new companyAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing company based in their Nottingham Office. Currently, a team of 25, you will support the Directors and the wider team with all office-related duties.Your new roleYou will be working out of the company's Head Office with management of other locations as appropriate - expansion plans are currently under review.You will work with the MD and other directors to help drive the business positively. You will facilitate business and team management and project delivery. You will be the go-to person for all office administration and management, including marketing, HR and fleet assistance.

  • Liaise with external suppliers and providers
  • Maintaining company documents and websites
  • Assist and complete business/team projects
  • Order office consumables
  • Manage diaries
  • Support with recruitment
  • HR matters - including managing holidays, sickness etc..
  • All other related admin tasks

What you'll need to succeedYou will be a proven Office Manager with experience of undertaking projects, and experience of sourcing new office space would also be desirable.
