Are you anArchitectwith a minimum of two years of post-Part 3 industry experience and a fervent passion for sustainability? Our award winning client is looking for a driven individual to join their innovative team in Newark
THE ROLE
As anArchitectyou will work under the guidance of Associate Architects or Company Directors. Responsibilities include producing high-quality production information, managing client communications, and ensuring project deadlines are met. You will also be involved in creating documents, drawings, schedules, and promotional materials. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the design process from RIBA Stage 1-5.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with Directors and external consultants.
- Ensure compliance with company standards.
- Attend internal and external meetings.
- Engage with Local Authorities during the planning process.
- Produce detailed specification documents and construction drawings.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
THE CANDIDATE
Our idealArchitectwill be enthusiastic and dynamic with a determination to deliver quality projects and have the following skills:
- RIBA Part 3 qualification.
- Minimum of two years of industry experience post-Part 3.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit with a good understanding of BIM.
- Strong technical skills and design software proficiency.
- Effective self-management and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proactive commercial awareness.
- Strong self-leadership and communication skills.
