An exciting opportunity has become available for aBranch Managerto join our successful Newark based property client. We are looking for someone who can build an excellent rapport with the team.

THE ROLE

As aBranch Manageryou will have experience in managing and mentoring a team, other responsibilities include:

• Responsible for a large property portfolio
• Oversee the setup and presentation of properties
• Develop and implement effective advertising strategies to attract tenants
• Training and supporting the team
• Produce regular reports on property performance and market trends
• Ensuring office remains compliant

THE CANDIDATE

The idealBranch Managerwill be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 year's experience in Estate Agency
• Experience managing, leading and mentoring a team
• Knowledge of the local market area
• Target driven and ambitious
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to generate new business & opportunities
