We're recruiting for a Business Development/Sales Manager to join a growing telecommunications company. Established for 18 years, this small but dynamic team has a strong reputation in their field for customer service, reliability, and innovation.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling hosted solutions and driving business growth through lead generation, building a robust sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and prospecting to build and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Cold calling, networking, and direct outreach to develop new business.
  • Consultatively sell hosted telephony solutions to meet client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Work toward business growth targets
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, providing top-tier customer service.
  • Contribute to long-term company growth, including the expansion of the sales team.

Requirement
