Future Prospects Group are delighted to be working with our client from within the manufacturing industry who are actively recruiting for aSenior Business Analyst and Designeron a full-time, permanent basis to join their team.
AsSenior Business Analyst and Designeryou will have a deep understanding of ERP systems and be able to design and implement cross functional solutions.
THE ROLE
Your responsibilities as aSenior Business Analyst and Designerwill include:
- Gather and analyse user requirements, and translate them into detailed project plans
- Design and implement ERP solutions to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
- Evaluate performance of design and implement scalable solutions
- Lead and mentor junior analysts
THE CANDIDATE
The idealSenior Business Analyst and Designerwill be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
- Proven experience with ERP systems in the manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of Waterfall and RUP methodologies
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Be prepared to travel globally
