I am looking for an experienced Architectural Technician with strong technical abilities to join an award-winning practice in Newark. The RIBA chartered practice has 3 offices across the UK and have an exceptional reputation with most of their work coming from repeat clients. The practice primarily focuses on industrial projects and are looking forward to the exciting upcoming projects they have planned.

The successful Architectural Technician will have significant experience in a UK-based practice and should have proven experience of managing a team. You will have worked through all RIBA stages and should boast excellent technical knowledge. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Significant experience in a UK based practice
  • Industrial experience is beneficial
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Previously worked through all RIBA stages
  • Able to deliver and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders and the team to create exceptional technical designs
  • Lead and manage a small team
  • AutoCAD or Revit expertise is essential
  • Local to Newark
