Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Part-time available for the right candidate)
Salary: 31,600 - 43,607 per annum

About the Role
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering the KS1 curriculum and ensuring that pupils receive a strong foundation in their education. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 national curriculum
- Creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment that encourages academic and personal growth
- Assessing and tracking pupil progress, using data to inform teaching strategies and interventions
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and senior leadership to enhance pupil learning outcomes
- Implementing positive behaviour management strategies to create a structured and supportive classroom
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a Key Stage 1 setting
- Strong understanding of the KS1 national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A passion for primary education and a commitment to supporting young learners
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, depending on your availability
