Quest Search & Selection are partnering with a leading branded & own label fashion, well-being & entertainment brand. This business compromise of a multi-channel offer, which is available in-store, whoesale and online.

The role of Assistant Online Trading Manager is to optimise sales and executing high-impact campaigns to mastering trading systems and tools.

The roles and responsibilities of this Assistant Online Trading Managerrole:

  • Manage and deliver trade reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis
  • Execute the day-to-day trading of one or more websites under the guidance of the Online Trading Manager.
  • Leverage available data to analyse seasonal sales patterns, ensuring strong commercial awareness and reporting on competitor activity and customer behaviour.
  • Reporting to a Trading Manager, you will play a key role in executing campaign, brand, and promotional strategies.
  • Manage critical paths for all campaign and promotional activities, ensuring awareness and alignment across teams.
  • Ensure seamless communication of product and trading strategies with the digital marketing and UX & optimisation teams.
  • Represent the Digital Trading Team across the wider business, ensuring e-commerce KPIs are well understood and achievable for all stakeholders.

To be successful in this Assistant Online Trading Manager role:

  • Ideally having a minimum of 2 years + experience in a comparable digital role within an eCommerce, retail or consumer brand environment.
  • Ideally have worked in an eCommerce / digital assistant or executive or specialist level, looking for a step up into management
  • Experienced in working with e-commerce platforms.
  • Must have valid working rights in the UK.
  • Highly analytical with strong reporting capabilities and understanding of driving CRO
  • proficient in Google Analytics
  • Proven ability to drive both incremental improvements and large-scale strategic initiatives that enhance sales performance.
