Interim Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Interim Manager with a background in LD management and ideally, nursing experience, to support our clients service. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and passionate individual to oversee the service, supporting the regional manager and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day management of the service.

  • Lead the turnaround efforts.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all residents and staff.

  • Foster strong relationships with staff, residents, and external stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.

  • Ensure compliance with CQC and Local Authorities

Essential Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in LD management, with a proven track record in a similar role.

  • Ideally, nursing management experience.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both staff and residents.

  • Ability to manage change effectively, with a hands-on, solution-focused approach.
