We are Eden Futures, and we deliver exceptional support services for people aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and associated complex needs.

The Commissioner Relationship Manager sits within the Service Development Team and is primarily responsible as the first point of contact for all referral enquiries received in relation to existing services. The focus of the role is to manage the smooth facilitation of referrals, coordinating with wider operational colleagues to manage their void properties within their allocated region.

Successful candidates will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check prior to commencing employment.

Main Responsibilities
  • To be the first point of contact for all commissioner, social worker and family referral enquiries that are received through Head Office, Website Enquiries and respond to these coordinating with Operational Colleagues. This will include ad-hoc enquiries for further information on current voids, indicative costs, and the type of services that we provide.
  • Supporting Operational Colleagues in the promotion of their void services through marketing activities such as Open Days, Void Notifications, Phone Calls, Conferences and Face to Face Meetings. You will also be responsible for keeping your service brochures up to date.
  • To develop a clear understanding of all the voids in your region through visiting the services directly and completing void action plans with Operational Colleagues for their services.
  • Working with the Eden Futures Bid Manager to complete mini tenders specific to your region and where they would be suitable for your voids. You may be required to assist on other regions on an ad-hoc basis.
  • To develop key Stakeholder relationships through regular contact (Email/Phone/Face to Face) and to maintain these to generate referrals for the existing voids in your region.
  • To keep all regional trackers up to date, through minute taking on weekly void calls, the monitoring of internal email inboxes and conversations with Area Managers.
  • Support Operational Colleagues on the referral process, including liaising with housing colleagues, finance colleagues and the wider business.
  • Support the Service Development Team and the Service Development Director with other activities as required.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience of working in Social Care in services for those with Learning Disabilities, Autism or Mental Health Needs would be advantageous.
  • Experience of managing multiple workflows and driving these forwards alongside colleagues.  
  • Experience driving revenue in a business through sales, relationship building and marketing activities.  
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and experience utilising CRM systems (Zoho/Salesforce etc.)
  • Excellent Communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work to tight timescales and work effectively under pressure.
