This Client is on the look out for a stong candidate that has experience in customer service, administration and Knowledge of manufacturing operations.

The right candidate will be working in a manufacturing composite organisation to support in all aspects of customer service and internal sales. Working with external customers and internal Toray groups and personnel to maintain and improve services and support.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compliance with safety rules and policies
  • Proactively contacting customers to ensure their business needs are met
  • Support external Sales Account Managers
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Assist with customer complaint resolution as and when required
  • Process orders, invoices and credits
  • Obtain, evaluate and process all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Manage customers' accounts within the ERP system
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Communicate and coordinate with all departments
  • Follow up on customer enquiries
  • Contribute to the good reputation of the company at all times

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of Composites manufacturing experience is essential
  • Customer service experience within an office setting
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written
  • Listening Skills
  • Numeracy Skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to work in an organised and accurate way
  • Positive approach to customer services
  • Work proactively and with initiative
  • Enthusiastic & willingness to learn
