Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a fantasticclient in the Mansfield area who are looking to expand their team with a Sales/Customer Service Advisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales/Customer Service Advisor to join a established team & would suit an individual with previous Sales or Customer Service experience..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering the telephone to customers and dealing with their enquiries and questions

  • Dealing with customer returns and refunds, feeding back complaints to Line Manager

  • Ensuring urgent orders are dispatched on time

  • Coming up with ideas to improve sales in a proactive manner

  • Increasing sales and monitoring those sales on a weekly basis

  • Serving customers over the Counter

  • Answering queries and questions

  • Ensuing priorities are dealt with in the required order and being flexible when they change

  • Improving customer experience and satisfaction whenever possible

  • Display a confident telephone manner

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must be willing to work one in two Saturdays on overtime
  • Confident face-to-face with customers
  • Confident over the phone
  • You will be confident in your knowledge and ability to upsell products and services.
  • Be positive, with a can do attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,750.00-£30,750.00 per year
