  • Be the go-to HR expert: Act as the first point of contact for HR advice across the business, working closely with the Head of HR and external specialists when needed
  • Support & guide managers: Provide expert advice on HR best practices, employment legislation, and help managers navigate challenges
  • Payroll: Collect and prepare monthly payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process from start to finish – drafting job adverts, screening applications, and supporting interviews to help bring the best talent on board.
  • Onboarding: Prepare contracts, design and deliver engaging inductions for new starters  
  • Employee relations: Support line managers in handling a range of ER issues
  • Learning & Development: Coordinate training and development initiatives to ensure continuous growth
  • Shape policies: Assist in the review, development, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to ensure they remain relevant and compliant
  • Strategic HR support: Contribute to HR strategy initiatives that will drive business growth and improve employee engagement
  • Stay organised: Keep employee records up to date, including holidays, absences, and training logs
  • Collaborate for success: Work together to deliver a seamless and effective HR service across the business
