Interim HR Business Partner - Nottinghamshire - ASAP Start

Macildowie Recruitment is working exclusively with a Public Sector organisation to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner for an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in supporting managers and employees across a broad range of HR functions.

The role will be on site 1-2 days a week in Nottinghamshire and is paying around £19.50 per hour.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on case management, including hearings and consultations
  • Working and supporting the HR Manager on HR projects
  • Providing first line advise to employers and managers including maternity, health-related capability, and occupational health referrals.
  • Assisting in policy development and process implementation
  • Delivering HR training and coaching for managers

We are looking for

  • CIPD Qualification
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
  • Experience in case management, including conduct, grievance, and welfare issues
  • The ability to confidently advise managers and employees across all HR matters.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, complex HR environment.
