We are currently working in partnership with a healthcare organisation based in Nottinghamshire, who are recruiting for a People Partner on a temporary six-month contract. The position is due to start this month, with the hourly/daily rate negotiable depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will strong strategic HR experience, especially within change management.

Duties for the People Partner will include (but are not limited to):

  • Delivering specialist research and analysis to support evaluation of the organisation, development and evaluation of future-state organisation design propositions and identification of the costs and business benefits of change
  • Contributing to organisation structure by recommending reporting line and roles and responsibilities, identifying interfaces with other teams and aligning with the structure of the broader function and corporate organisation principles
  • Providing specialist advice on policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling/coaching others to take appropriate actions
  • Delivering analysis of HR date to identify trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance
  • Developing capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching
  • Taking appropriate actions to ensure achievement of agreed objectives, using the organisations performance management systems to improve personal and others performance
  • Managing workstreams or small projects within a transformational change program, ensuring integration with related projects; using structure change management methodologies to build acceptance of change and embed desired culture and behaviors
  • Delivering specified complex analysis of external and internal information to support the developed of key strategic insights and the strategic workforce plan
  • Contributing to stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs, issues and concerns; and reacting to those by arranging meetings and events, drafting supporting materials to promote understanding and commitment

Experience required:

  • Strong knowledge of strategic HR, including change management
  • Ideally be CIPD L7 qualified
  • Experience in a People/HR Partner position previously

Working hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm
