As a Senior eCommerce Assistant, you'll join a fast-paced, ambitious team focused on driving sales and executing impactful campaigns. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance KPIs.

Role and Responsibilities of this Senior eCommerce Assistant role:

  • Manage day-to-day trading of websites, executing strategies under the direction of the Trading Manager.
  • Produce detailed reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual trade performance, analysing key business drivers and developing action plans to meet sales and contribution goals.
  • Analyze seasonal sales trends, monitor competitor activity, and track customer behavior to maintain commercial awareness.
  • Oversee and report on weekly site updates, including content changes, campaigns, promotions, and brand partner activities.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of critical campaign and promotional activities, staying informed of upcoming initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless communication of product and trading strategies to digital marketing and optimization teams.
  • Assist in coordinating evergreen and seasonal content to boost SEO, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Represent the Digital Trading Team within the business, ensuring e-commerce KPIs are understood and achievable.

Qualifications Required for this Senior eCommerce Assistant role -

  • Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience + in a similar digital role within a retail or eCommerce brand.
  • You must have digital, eCommerce or online trading experience
  • Valid working rights for the UK.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Content square, and Excel.
  • Proactive, independent, and self-motivated
