Property Manager

Your new companyYou will work for a global leading retailer, operating across 20+ countries, and they are number 1 in what they do. They were founded over 10 years ago, and are one of the fastest-growing retailers within their sector. You will work in the UK Property and FM team, and they are known for their excellent standards and service across.

Your new roleYou will work as a Property Manager, working remotely, covering the Midlands region. You will work with the contract management and effectively delivery of responsive and planned repairs and maintenance services across their assets. What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience in a property management role, ideally in retail or similar. You will have experience in repairs and maintenance work as well as minor and major works. You will be happy to work remotely, covering a region as well as understanding the FM sector. You will be happy to work in a client facing role, and be keen to grow with the global leading business.

What you'll get in returnYou will receive a basic salary of up to £65000 as well as company car/allowance. You will also receive a company pension as well as healthcare. You will work for the no.1 retailer within this sector, and are continuing to grow.
