We are working closely with a further education training provider who are looking to recruit a permanent Health and Social Care trainer/Assessor. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with a reputation for excellence and professional growth.

You will be responsible for looking after a caseload of Health and Social Care apprentices at levels 2, 3 and 5 (if possible).

It will largely be a remote focused role where face to face sessions will only be needed for observations. The split should be 80% remote (online) to 20% face to face.

The ideal candidate will have:- A relevant assessing qualification e.g. TAQA, CAVA, A1 assessor…- The ability to manage a caseload of learners- A deep understanding of the apprenticeship levy.

- Previous experience with E portfolio systems such as Onefile, Smart Assessor….- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
