Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Multi trade operative in the Newark area to join a well-established social housing contractor on the reactive maintenance team.
This is a permanent position that offers a basic salary of £31,200 along with a company van and fuel card from day one.
The role involves various tasks including carpentry, plumbing, UPVC windows and doors, patch plastering, tiling, and painting and decorating.
Candidates should have a full UK driving license, relevant industry experience, and ideally a qualification in a related trade, particularly within social housing.
In addition to the salary, benefits include power tools provided, call outs available, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and a pension scheme.

As a Multi trade operative, you will complete:

All aspects of carpentry
All aspects of plumbing
UPVC windows & doors
Patch plastering
Tiling
Painting & Decorating

I am looking for a Multi trade operative who:

Has a full UK driving licence
Ideally has a qualification in a relevant trade
Has relevant industry experience
Has relevant experience within social housing
