We are on the hunt for a talented Software Developer to support in the development of high-availability sortation systems, mission-critical material flow controls and automated guided vehicles.
You will be working as a Software Developer for a market leading supplier of integrated warehouse automation solutions. Our client has experienced exciting growth over recent years and because of this, it would be a fantastic time to join them, as they will really invest in your career progression.

Duties of a Software Developer:
- Conceptual design, commissioning and documentation of customised material flow and warehouse management solutions for customers
- Connection to ERP systems e.g SAP R/3 (WM/EWM)
- Service and extensions of existing systems
- Preparation of cost estimates for implementation of the design extensions
- Supporting the software helpdesk service team
- Travel will be required for 10-20% of your working week to support customers
Skills and experience required of a Software Developer:
- Qualification in a computer science field or Programming courses
- Working on databases such as Oracle, SQL-Server and ideally the Entity Framework
- Knowledge of C#, Visual Studio, .Net
- Network knowledge (Ethernet, TCP/IP)
- Effective communication skills as this role involves collaborating with colleagues and external clients.
