Based in their head office in Newbridge you will be part of a team responsible for retaining and growing the business through building lasting relationships with clients.By continuing to service their accounts, your friendly and confident telephone manner will go a long way to ensuring continuous repeat business as well as introducing new products at every opportunity. With no cold calling, the role of a sales advisor is all about dealing with an existing client base, and by keeping them happy you will keep your manager happy!This role is all about you, your personality and your drive which will determine how successful you become. To be considered for this you should be able to demonstrate the following experience:* An excellent telephone manner* Positive can do attitude and an ability to upsell when you can* An organised individual* Excellent computer skills and experience with CRM systems* Access to your own vehicleAs a Sales Agent your duties will include:* Dealing with client queries in a timely and professional manner* Dealing with complaints* Building relationships with our customers and processing orders* Continuously looking to maximise sales revenue* Accurately inputting orders and updating the CRM systemThe hours for this role are Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.15pmThe salary for this role is £26,000 plus monthly commission put to £600.You will receive fantastic training and enjoy an excellent package that includes healthcare cash plan, pension, 25 days holiday (plus public holidays) and employee discounts that can be taken advantage of UK wide.
