Main Purpose of Role
The Repair of manufactured Product in line with customer and business requirements.
Carry out repairs & rework to Advanced Level IPC-7711/7721.

Outcomes of Role
•    100% Conforming Product after Repair.
•    Efficient and accurate repairs of products within the Test Engineering Department & Production.
•    100% On Time & Accurate generation and storage of repair results.    
    
Responsibilities
•    Perform repairs based upon set guidelines and make recommendations for improvements in the repairs found.
•    Complete & appropriately store repair results, this includes recording of failures on Repair Database
•    Adhere to all QMS/ Health & Safety procedures – e.g. non-conformance reporting systems
•    To Use Martin Rework system for BGA Repairs
•    Track and Pad repairs.
•    Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care.
•    Any other duties deemed necessary.

Person Specification
Skills 
•    Ability to work unsupervised.
•    Carry out repairs & rework to Advanced Level IPC-7711/7721.
Knowledge
•    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the electronic pcb manufacturing.
•    Proficiency in soldering & repair methods.
•    Knowledge in Excel, Word & Windows Databases
Hours
Week 1 5.48am until 2pm Monday to Friday
Week 2 1.45pm until 12am Monday to Thursday

Salary
£25,300 + 20% shift allowance £30360
