Key responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the pub, restaurant, and rooms, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain high food and drink quality standards, ensuring seasonality and sustainability are reflected in all offerings.
- Drive marketing and social media campaigns to attract and retain guests.
- Oversee financial performance, including gross profit margins, cost control, and wage management.
- Build and develop a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
- Bring fresh ideas, creativity, and innovation to enhance the guest experience.
