We are currently looking for a passionate Microsoft Modern Workplace Support Engineer to work closely with the Technology team and Modern Workplace Team Lead to craft, deliver, and support solutions across the Microsoft 365 product suite.

The company has recently migrated from Google Workplace to Microsoft 365 and are excited to start using the platform to its full potential. This is an excellent opportunity to get to work and develop a fresh tenant using industry best practices and creative thinking.

Key Skills:

  • Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange)
  • Intune/Autopilot (Endpoint Manager)
  • Entra
  • Defender for Business
  • Purview
  • Power Platform (PowerAutomate and Power Apps)

What you'll need:

  • Microsoft Certifications (MD-100/101/102, MS-100/101/102, SC-300, SC-400 or similar).
  • If you hold no certifications, demonstrable technical understanding of the above-mentioned skills is required.
  • Experience of endpoint management using Intune including configuration and security profiles.
  • Experience of Entra (ID, MFA, Conditional Access).
  • Experience implementing and supporting SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
  • Experience with Microsoft security products and features, and the proper usage and configuration of them.
  • Systematic approach to projects and processes
