Main Purpose of Role:
To support the Stores Manger with the day to day running of the area and enact the daily objectives issued by the Stores manager achieving measurable targets which are pre-set.

Outcomes of Role
•    Efficent material tranacations from Goods In to Stores location within 24Hrs of receipt.
•    No PO queries with Finance. 
•    No line stops due to material/kit availability.
•    Each employee to have clear understanding of performance expectation, documented via JRD and measured (KPI`s).
•    All functions to have clear, measurable, and documented objectives aligned to company strategy.
•    100% stock accuracy through daily cycle counts, accurate kit picking and material receipt.
•    Kits picked 100% on time – zero arrears.
•    No obsolete material in live stores over 12months
•    Thorough investigation and countermeasures for stock loss/gains 
•    Adhere to all health and safety legislation, always apply best practise.

Job Scope
•    Plan, organise and co-ordinate staff within the Stores and Goods In departments.
•    Monitor all processes within the departments.
•    Continually aim to achieve and improve on targets.
•    No material loss
•    Quality systems and procedures are maintained and adhered to
•    Maintain control of overtime levels
•    Complete annual performance reviews.
•    Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are always adhered to, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies, and general duty of care.
•    Any other duties deemed necessary.
•    Authority Levels
•    To be agreed with your Line Manager

Person Specification
Skills
•    Effective communication skills
•    Able to use computers to a good standard.
•    Good interpersonal skills.

Knowledge/Experience
•    Previous experience within electronics manufacturing
•    Knowledge of electronic components
•    Supervisorial experience is desirable

Working Hours
Hours are 8-5 Monday to Thursday and 8-1 Friday

Remuneration Package
Salary £36400 plus pension, DIS 6x salary and private healthcare
