OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Role: Office/Data Administrator

Location: Newbury

Salary: Up to 25,000

This is the UK Office of a global organisation and they trade in forest products. It's a busy office and the company like to develop their individuals and promote within.

In this role you will be responsible for the support all staff by assuming responsibilty for, and completing, high volume process driven tasks. In addition, data input and document checking while assisting and ensuring the smooth day to day running and tidiness of the office.

GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES:

  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Greeting, directing, and ensuring comfort of guests
  • Organising post and couriers
  • Filing, archiving as needed
  • Providing comprehensive assistance to members of staff as and when required

DATA PROCESSING DUTIES:

  • Daily management of email mailboxes
  • Daily record keeping via internal trackers
  • Adding container inventory details into order management system
  • Ensuring prompt receipt of container details and chasing suppliers as necessary
  • Checking of loading photos and export paperwork received from suppliers to ensure data is accurate and compliant
  • Creating commercial invoices and packing lists
  • Reporting on low wights
  • Reporting on material quality issues

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
