Our client in Newbury is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Our client has been established for over 35 years and is the leading recycler and processor of electrical and electronic equipment waste in the UK. They have major contracts with local authorities, utility companies and businesses throughout the UK.

Office Administrator Benefits:

Office Administrator role:
* Updating and recording holiday requisitions.
* Entering Weekly Agency Timesheets.
* Raising Purchase Orders for various departments.
* Updating weekly transport and despatch schedules in Excel.
* Participating in transport spend tracking and internal reporting.
* Liaising with existing customers to manage transport bookings & requirements.
* Monitoring Stock Room levels.
* Handling telephone and e-mail queries.
* Assisting with daily office operations as required.
* Maintaining an up-to-date filing system.
* Assist with daily transport team and office operations as required.

Office Administrator Skills and Attributes required:
* 2-year minimum experience in an office environment
* MS Office Suite: Primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Effective communication both orally and in writing.
* Ability to multitask.
* Ability to successfully prioritise, manage time and resources.
* Have a flexible approach to work.
* Punctual, polite, professional, and courteous towards customers.
