We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Apprenticeship Quality Coach to join our dynamic team.

As an Apprenticeship Quality Coach, you will play a key role in supporting apprentices throughout their learning journey. Working closely with apprentices, employers, and academic staff, you will help ensure the successful completion of apprenticeship programmes and foster a positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to apprentices
  • Monitoring and tracking apprentice progress, offering timely feedback and support
  • Collaborating with employers to ensure apprentices receive relevant on-the-job training
  • Developing and delivering workshops and training sessions to enhance apprentice skills
  • Assisting with any issues or challenges that arise during the apprenticeship
  • Maintaining accurate records of apprentice progress and achievements
  • Promoting the apprenticeship programme and recruiting new apprentices
