- Accurately process and manage customer orders from quotation to completion.
- Keep the CRM system updated, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and ensure seamless communication.
- Support the achievement of company targets through effective administration and proactive customer engagement.
Internal Sales Support Skills and Experience:
- Experience in handling a large volume of products in an administrative setting is essential.
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Confident and customer-focused mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
