Sales Administrator•    Location: Newbury•    Job Type: Full-time, office based Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm•    Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum•    Temp to perm to start ASAP

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our client.  This role is crucial for driving new business and revenue generation, supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support, financial modelling, and sales process management.

Day-to-day of the role:•    Handle initial enquiries from multiple sources.•    Specialize in the processing of orders from staff or customers, including raising quotes and managing the approval process.•    Act as the day-to-day point of contact for key accounts, providing operational support.•    Liaise internally with sales management, technical management, product managers, technical & IT support, finance, supply chain, and procurement.•    Process purchase orders and orders in a timely manner to meet financial KPIs, ensuring correct accounts, quantities, prices, and sources of supply for stock are used.•    Check account status and chosen payment methods, ensuring all documents are correct for checks.•    Proactively source stock and ensure it is allocated on time to meet delivery KPIs.•    Coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and back orders.•    Manage the booking of installations with customers, ensuring correct engineers are assigned and all relevant parties on site are informed.•    Liaise with external third parties and coordinate as necessary.•    Ensure training is booked and sales reports, clinical affairs reports, and carve-out reports are completed.•    Address any follow-on issues from customers, engineers, or salesmen on the day of installation.•    Handle any returns or queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field.•    Over 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.•    Proficient knowledge of Excel & Word.•    Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.•    Strong leadership skills.•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.•    Strong attention to detail and technicalities.•    Excellent organisational and technical abilities.•    Good interpersonal and multitasking skills.
