Job Description: We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for creating delicious and beautifully presented dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating new menu items and daily specials.
Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.
Manage and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to kitchen standards.
Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-quality restaurant or gastropub.
Culinary qualification from a recognized institution is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
