A unique opportunity to join one of the regions leading expanding technology businesses in a newly created position as Marketing Manager.This key role will drive customer engagement and enhance brand awareness across multiple platforms whilst working with the Marketing Director and Board of Directors on strategic development and planning.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the marketing strategy in line with the business’s broader objectives – full ownership for marketing objectives and outcomes
  • Lead and execute marketing campaigns aligned with commercial and brand objectives
  • Demand generation & conversion – Paid search, content creation, events etc…
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand ‘look and feel’ across all communications
  • Management on a new CMS and CRM
  • Customer and competitor research
  • Design campaigns showcasing our USPs and sustainability initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement both short-term and long-term marketing strategies that maximise brand impact and revenue.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a strategic marketing or brand/product management role
  • Expertise in managing marketing agencies and delivering creative campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the marketing mix and using data-driven insights for decision-making
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver multiple projects effectively
  • Strategic approach yet execution driven
