You will be responsible for interpreting CAD drawings, grinding, assembling components, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality. You will also collaborate with a team to troubleshoot any issues and ensure smooth production processes.This role would suit a Manual Machinist with a mechanical background in machining or tool handling, looking to take the next step in their career with a small, but growing hydraulic and engineering company that offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and further develop your skills in a supportive environment.The Role:

• Operate, maintain and service milling machines, lathes, and other equipment to fabricate precision parts.
• Interpret CAD drawings, grind, and assemble components to meet quality standards.
• Monday - Friday 8 - 5
• Product and equipment training

The Person:

• Manual Machinist or similar with a background in machining or tool handling
• Background in CAD
• Commutable to Newbury
