We have an exciting temporary position available for a Sales Administrator with the potential to turn into a permanent role. Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer telephone and email enquiries.
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate customer account records.
  • Ensure a 'first-class' freight delivery service for our valued customers.
  • Escalate any customer complaints or queries to the Customer Service Manager.
  • Assist the Customer Returns Manager by summarising customer complaint details.
  • Provide support to the sales and marketing team with ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Customer-first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in a customer care or customer-facing role.
  • Confident on the telephone with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, able to multitask, and work to targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Sage 200 preferred.
  • Excellent team player traits.
