Profectus is seeking a Data Solutions Architect for a hybrid role based in West Berkshire, requiring 5+ years of relevant experience.
The position offers a salary of £75,000 to £85,000, along with a 10% non-contributory pension and 29 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
The successful candidate will design and implement solution architecture using Azure, focusing on BI, analytics, and API development.
Key responsibilities include collaborating on projects involving Large Language Models, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and maintaining data governance.
Candidates should have experience in cloud architecture, proficiency with Azure services, and familiarity with DevOps practices and data modeling.

Profectus are looking for a Data Solutions Architect to join our industry leading client in West Berkshire. The role will be a hybrid split of 2 days onsite 3 days WFH. The company offer structure paths for internal progression alongside exceptional benefits such as 10% non-contributory pension, 29 days holiday + bank holidays, income protection and much more.This role will be imperative in designing and implementing appropriate solution architecture to support value driven delivery of quality data products and develop solution architecture for a variety of technical capabilities leveraging the Azure platform including BI, analytics, web application and API. Working closely with colleagues in the Enterprise Data team to deliver high quality data products.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on innovative projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots, and web application development using Python.
Elicit business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into solution architecture and technical specifications.
Drive automation and implement DevOps practices to ensure efficient deployment, adhering to timelines and budgets.
Maintain data governance, security, and compliance in all designs.
Stay updated with cloud technology advancements and integrate innovations into architecture.

Essential Experience & Skills:

Proven experience in delivering robust cloud architecture aligned with industry standards.
Proficiency with Azure Cloud Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure AI, Synapse Analytics).
Strong knowledge of data modelling (3NF, Data Vault) and experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
Familiarity with Machine Learning & AI solutions, especially LLMs.
Proficient in DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
Ability to optimize data processes, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration for cloud migrations.
