About the Job
As the Head of Finance, you will oversee all financial operations, partner with the Senior Leadership Team, and drive the organisation's financial strategies. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage compliance, governance, and risk while ensuring efficient financial processes and data-driven decision-making. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on financial management to support organisational growth.
Duties will include:
- Collaborating with leadership to create and monitor financial plans and forecasts.
- Leading monthly and quarterly financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
- Driving performance improvements through strategic revenue, profitability, and cash-flow management.
- Overseeing risk management, legal processes, and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Managing and developing the Finance function, including a direct report.
- Leading due diligence and negotiations with third parties.
About the Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. You will demonstrate expertise in IFRS, multi-entity financial operations, and team leadership. A hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Previous experience with in the Telecoms or Software sector highly beneficial.Â
