Responsibilities as the Banqueting Sous Chef
- Leading and managing the preparation and service of high-quality dishes for weddings, corporate events, and other large-scale functions, ensuring all standards are met.
- Working closely with the Head Chef to develop creative menus that align with the hotels award-winning reputation and meet client expectations.
- Upholding the hotels multiple AA Rosette standards by ensuring consistency, precision, and excellence in every dish served.
- Supporting and guiding the kitchen brigade, fostering a positive and professional environment, and assisting with the development of junior chefs.
- Overseeing compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen at all times.
