Location: NewburyContract: Full-Time, PermanentSalary: £31,650 - £49,084 Annually (FTE) - Pay award pending for September 2025Additional Allowance: £3,391 TLR2(1) for phase leadership

• Teach in a Newbury KS2 class, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
• Have dedicated leadership time to support and develop teaching across Years 3 to 6.

• Lead on strategic initiatives within the KS2 phase, focusing on raising standards and delivering excellence.
• Work alongside the EYFS/KS1 Phase Lead, contributing to the school's middle leadership team and overall strategic development.
