Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: 31,650 - 49,084 Annually (FTE) - Pay award pending for September 2025
Additional Allowance: 3,391 TLR2(1) for phase leadership

The successful KS2 Phase Lead candidate will:

• Teach in a Newbury KS2 class, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
• Have dedicated leadership time to support and develop teaching across Years 3 to 6.
• Work collaboratively with staff to enhance curriculum development and improve pupil outcomes.
• Lead on strategic initiatives within the KS2 phase, focusing on raising standards and delivering excellence.
• Work alongside the EYFS/KS1 Phase Lead, contributing to the school's middle leadership team and overall strategic development.
• Provide mentorship and support to colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
