Executive Talent Solutions is working with a leading Law Firm to recruit an experienced Legal Cashier.

The firm is UK focused across a number of disciplines including Family, Commercial, Property, Employment and Commercial. They operate 6 separate offices in the South East of England.

The successful Legal Cashier will be based in the Newbury office. The role is office based 5 days per week and offers a salary between £26,000 and £30,000 plus benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing matter and firm related payments
  • Recording and reconciling receipts
  • Processing bank transfers including requests submitted by legal teams
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Matter and Firm related supplier invoices (Purchase Ledger)
  • Processing of disbursements including property searches
  • Processing invoices to clients
  • Petty Cash, Staff Expenses and Company Credit cards processing
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and filing of the same, including bank statements and passbook updates
  • Periodic financial reporting

Candidates applying should have previous experience working in a law firm or similar organisation.
