What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Risk Officers, your main responsibilities will be monitoring and assessing risk events, assisting with preparing monthly and quarterly papers, dealing with Risk mailbox enquiries, and assisting with ensuring all actions are completed within the set target dates.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse potentially conflicting, complex data.
  • Enthusiastic learner, with focus on personal development.

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Professional experience working within the regulated financial services sector in a customer facing or compliance role.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Basic understanding of risk management and compliance concepts.

60-minute competency-based interview held in our Newbury Head Office.
