My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Parts Advisor to join their team in Newbury, Berkshire. You will be responsible for overseeing a small team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient parts operations.

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor is required and I would encourage you to apply if you have Parts and Service Advisor experience and live in the Newbury, Berkshire area!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a small team of Parts Advisors, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Efficiently process parts orders and inquiries from both internal and external customers.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and manage parts inventory.
  • Utilise DMS systems (Kerridge, Pinnacle, or similar) to accurately manage parts data and processes.
  • Collaborate with the After sales Manager to achieve department goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure adherence to dealership policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Automotive Parts department.
  • Proven experience in using DMS systems (Kerridge, Pinnacle, or similar).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Full UK driving license.
