We are looking for a Junior Office Coordinator to join our team in Newbury. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including preparing meeting packs, managing documentation, and liaising with clients. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to expand their work experience within a professional office environment with the opportunity to begin a career within the financial services industry. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Prepare meeting packs for various internal and external meetings.
  • Manage and organise all necessary documentation with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and coherence.
  • Liaise with clients, providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Handle deed of assignments for less complex cases, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role would be desirable but not necessary.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
